Wait before you click back, READ THIS! Well, it's been well over a year now, since Hayamin (Hayami Kishimoto) released any music or showed any sign of life, as her blog is now left abandoned. She's now in university, so she's probably studying very hard. As she hasn't given us fans any info, this site cannot update. Another fansite, Non-Fiction Game, is dead and does not even load anymore =(. If you came here for Hayamin, I suggest you take a look at http://www.japanimusic.net , as it's another project of mine, and it contains the latest music in all parts of Asia, like Japan, Korea and China (HK/Taiwan/Mainland!) In the meantime, check out that website, and wish and wish and wish that Hayamin will be back soon and release a quadrupal single release! |

Hey guys!
Why the long face? No more streaming Hayami/Asian artist videos?
Well guess what? If you haven't noticed already, we are on a new host. Previously, this site was 'born' with the webhost 'Dreamhost', and then I went to 'Wick's Hosting' and now, we are on 'A Small Orange'. I was experiencing issues with the previous issue's web panel being too slow so I thought 'what the heck' lets just move over for the fun of it. However, fun comes at a cost, and that means another year of pre-paid hosting through my already nearly-bare Paypal account.
'A Small Orange' has to be the best host I have come by. I have submitted numerous support tickets and each one being answered clearly in an average of 3 hours! They are definitely the webhost to check out. But what made me go through them instead of the many thousand existing webhosting companies? Their name. 'A Small Orange' - doesn't get any more original than that. Kudos to the name and whoever thought of it (maybe Tim?). Their ultra fast support and practical quotas is what made me choose them. They really are the best. As the old saying goes: "You get what you pay for", however this is completely untrue for ASO! It's more like "You get MORE than you pay for".
If you also haven't noticed, the flv videos and music no longer work. I will look into getting it with my previous webhost for the remaining 6 months of webhosting I paid for, or get an ASOextreme plan from 'A Small Orange'. They will be back in a week maximum.
So please, if you have some time, check out the ads. And download Firefox if you haven't already. SUPPORT FIREFOX + GOOGLE! W00t!

Let's see... You're browsing some J-pop/Asian-pop music site/forum and ended up here from a link, and decided to check it out. Well what can I say? THANK YOU! You won't regret it! This site is a site dedicated to the 'one and only' Hayami Kishimoto (岸本早未). For those who don't know her, she's a singer from Giza Studio. She has been admired by many fans around the globe. You can check it out here: Hayamin's Official and Original Fanlisting site. Her style of music is very catchy and I guess that's how she's so famous. You will receive the most recent news about her here. I will hopefully try to get translations of her blog posted on this site. (I had it a few times thanks to the wonderful translators that helped me. I don't know much Japanese because I didn't choose Japanese as a language to study 3 years ago =(). There will be album reviews of other Japanese artists and streaming music of Hayamin/other artist's albums and singles to listen on this site, so you can get a preview of the album/single before you buy it. ^__^ The site requirements are not very demanding, so long as you have a browser to access the site (which you are using to see the site at the moment =P), you can surf the site with no worries. However, colours and layout may differ depending on the browser you are using. I have tried to design the site to suit Firefox and Internet Explorer. Other browsers should have no difficulties viewing the site. However if you do happen to come across an error or suggestion you would like to report, feel free to contact me via the "Contact Us" link at the top of the page. Oh noes! Being away for so long, I just checked out that there is a new Joomla release. Because I am not that web savvy, I will now try to patch up the exploits/fixes that Joomla has released in 1.0.13. I will also be playing around with the new 1.5 RC2. The 1.5 version should be nearly there so it wouldn't hurt to play around with it. Hayamiheaven.net will be upgraded when the time comes, but first things first. Come on 1.0.13!. I'm ready! |

You are probably wondering what that thing in the left menu is... Well, yesterday, I was lucky enough to hold of a: SHOUTcast server!
For those who don't know what this is, it is a type of radio broadcaster for online radios. Hayamiheaven.net is lucky to receive a 32 person slot server!
Well, you're probably shaking in your chairs and thinking: HOW DO I LISTEN TO THE RADIO?
Well you have to get Windows Media Player, Winamp or any other audio player able to play online content. Once you have gotten hold of a audio software, navigate to the server link http://67.18.247.10:8010/
For Windows Media Player and others, Place the link 'http://67.18.247.10:8010/' into your 'Open URL' feature under 'File'
For Winamp, you can navigate to http://67.18.247.10:8010/ and click 'Listen' OR click here
Or click on of the icons on the top depending on your audio software. Generic one is the Real Player icon. (m3u)
I am going to be streaming Asian and Japanese music hopefully 24/7 until I can arrange a regular time. Currently playing at this very moment is: Perfume - Electroworld. It is going to be streaming at 48 kbps at 44.100 kHz, Mono.
It will sometimes skip. If so try again later, it will probably be my internet connection playing up. I will see to the problem and fix it ASAP.

Okay....
I've been busy lately with all these extra-curricular activites at school so I really haven't been able to update the site.
A fellow J-pop fan emailed me requesting affiliation which reminded me to add this thing to the site. So I've done so and all affiliates are at the bottom of the page.
I don't like using the word 'affiliate'. Instead I call it a somewhat 'vast network of J-pop fansites'. Like shortcuts on your desktop but instead on the site, which provides easy access to each others sites with a click of a button.
If YOU want to join the 'network of J-pop fansites' aka 'affiliate', please contact me with the Contact Us feature on the site. I will be sure to reply ASAP! Places are limited, and although this site isn't that popular at the moment, hopefully it will be in the future! w00t!
 Your icon will be made by me. The template will be the same but you can choose your choice of colours. If you like I can send you my .PSD template to use.
So yeah, watch for updates! =)
